Everyone within the association should always feel free to share their thoughts, concerns and ideas without fear of judgement.

We want to ensure that all parties feel actively listened to and heard, and we want to encourage our members to understand each other's perspectives and needs to best resolve arisen conflicts.

Members can always reach out to the Confidentiality Contact Person, which may act as a mediator to resolve arisen conflicts.
